My best friend (we'll call her Kate for the time being) and I have a strong relationship built on mutual respect for a long con. Kate took a prank a little too far in the apartment by trashing the place making it look like we had been robbed; there was fake blood all over the walls, chairs flipped, plates smashed, the works. She was hiding under the bed and grabbed my ankles when I went inside to look for her....
A couple years ago, Kate participated in the Reddit Secret Santa exchange and I asked her if she was scared to give our address to a total stranger... she didn't care... but I did. I created a stalker.
I got a left handed friend with the handwriting of a serial killer dictate creepy love poems and slowly started sending them to her.
I asked friends to take photos of her around campus when she was just walking around, going to class, or sitting at the on campus coffee shop.
Drew a creepy picture of her wearing nothing but the heart of the ocean from Titanic.
When I revealed that it wasn't just me, but a group effort, she was less than thrilled. She left the drawing out on the table where our other roommate found it, scanned it, and made it Kate's desktop background... no one knew that she had a powerpoint presentation the next day and wouldn't check her computer before it was hooked up to the projector in the lecture hall...
