I love doing this! Fucking with people’s names. I.r. If someone’s name is Mark I’d call him “Mork” or James and I’d call him “Jame”. My favorite instance of doing this was when this awful openly homophobic girl started working at my job in college (and everyone’s favorite manager was gay, so it was extra awkward). I got saddled with training the new girl, and took it upon myself to call her “Beth” when her name was actually “Bess” and it drove her insane. I introduced her to the staff as Beth, added her to the schedule as Beth, etc. I think people actually forgot her name was Bess and tbh it was just really my favorite thing I ever did.
