Remember that guy from r/european who came here recently claiming that sub wasn't racist?

You cannot act like being Muslim is an immutable trait that some children posses. If that same child was adopted by a secular family in Europe, then a secular adult is who they would become.

99.99% of the time there are immutable. The vast majority of Muslim children will grow up to be Muslim adults, probably having more less the same backwards ideas and mentality as their parents. And for ever single child who turns out as a 'secular adult' there are millions more who don't.

Islam is the problem, not Muslims. They are just cogs in a machine built by men centuries ago and now the problem is how to unwind this all.

That's like saying racists are not the problem, just racism, or criminals aren't the problem, just crime. You speak as if 'Islam' is some sort of entity that is responsible for it all, but "Islam" is just just an abstract concept, it's not responsible for anything. The ones who are responsible are the ones who hold such ideas inside their heads. No, Muslims are guilty of their Islam just as racists are guilty of their racism or criminals are guilty of their crimes.

Acting as if circumstances beyond one's control (like being born to the wrong family) is a legitimate basis for killing innocent people preemptively, is the antithesis of justice in every sense of the word. Fuck you.

Let me tell you a story; one thousand four hundred years ago, in the Battle of Khandaq, the Meccan Quraish, the main opponents of Muhammad at the time, had finally gotten the upper hand and cornered Muhammad and his Muslim barbarians in Medina. All the Quraish had to do to destroy Muhamad and his cult of Islam once and for all was to go in, slaughter every single Muslim man, woman and child, and that would be the end of the story for Islam. But they didn't do that. Because of a sandstorm and distrust among allies, the Quraish are forced to retreat, sparing Muhammad and the Muslims.

What is the consequence of the Quraish's failure? For starters Muhammad would go on and slaughter and enslave a Jewish tribe for supposedly 'betraying him'. He and his Muslim barbarians eventually slaughtered and enslave other tribes in Arabia, his successors would go on and slaughter and enslave entire peoples and nations in Asia and Europe, and today, 1400 years later, Islam has grown to become one of the most oppressive, destructive, forces known to mankind, it's 1.5 billion Muslims known to be some of the most intolerant, oppressive groups of people known today.

So, now and again, when I get questions along the lines of "would you be willing to eliminate this group of people if it meant the world would be a better place", I think about the Battle of Khandaq, and I get my answer.
