reminding new visitor the 5 demands we are asking for.

According to the Basic Law, Article 68: " The ultimate aim is the election of all the members of the Legislative Council by universal suffrage."

Is that "aim" what they mean, or literally dissolving all of LegCo? Representative Democracy (aka USA) is usually the name of the game i think. (but obviously with Beijing occuppying the majority, there's nothing really too democratic with the current gov)

The biggest flaw with Hong Kong systems is that Legco (Legislative Council) essentially only has 1/3 of it's legislator voted by popular vote, another 1/3 are voted through business interests or pro-Beijing in which the popular votes has almost no say in.

All Legco members must be approved by Beijing (I believe this was instated since 2014.)

Being only able to vote for 1/3 of your council and having all them approved only by Beijing is anything but universal suffrage vote.

With Hong Kong government system, it seems like a parliament in which everyone can vote for and in which Beijing doesn't approve or disapprove candidates to run, would be better for the Hong Kong populace. could be something like the U.S./U.K. or it could be something more akin to Greece.
