top ranks aren't about consistency, they're about peak performance
This catches my attention because it sounds like you're focusing on how amazing plays are due to how much PP they're worth, or something similar. PP is nice for me and any player, but for me in particular, I can decay 400 ranks and still be happy because I FC'ed a 10.3 song that gives 159pp on one day, which by the way, such songs DO exist. And by the way, if I'm looking to become one of Canada's top players in general, I WILL have to shit out play after play. With HDHR it's just about improving accuracy and with HDDT 10.3 it's with improving speed/stamina. Working on both is fine with me.

Hoooo, boy. This one I'll have to dissect piece by piece.
Accuracy = Consistent about 80% of the time, which is satisfactory to me but I still want more improvement on it. So, no, I'm consistent. I may get <99% on most of the stuff I play, but it generally always stays in the 98.1-98.7 range, which means that in terms of fluctuation/consistency it's not bad.
Hit-Timing = Absolutely balls-to-the-wall amazing, I take pride in this. On average, I RARELY hit 1ms off and tend to average out at about 0.1ms difference, so you are so wrong it's hilarious.
Aim = Solid 99% of the time if I play when I usually do. So, no. Wrong for the most part.
Reading = Solid about 70-75% of the time on average. Needs improvement. Willing to give you this one for now.
Mindset Positivity = Good about 60% of the time. Needs a lot of work. You're right here.

If we ignore accuracy and focus on the play itself (and what's required to pull it off), I have many.
Also might I add that "scores worth bragging about" is worth it by your own standards sometimes? What I listed here that I found very notable you might not, but anyhoo.
