Not sure if it speaks for itself. Are you saying that people complaining about change is the reason nothing changed over those 3 years? Nothing to do with "it will happen in lazer" or not having good proposals or ideas to fix it?

As to whether this fix is a thorough one, high bpm stream buffs, low ar hd buffs, fl changes, spaced stream reworks and other small fixes are in works atm.

I read this as: "this fix isn't a thorough one but over time with enough fixes maybe it will end up being thorough". I agree with the rest.
