Roth IRA or Acorns?

I’m surprised no one has said this yet, but for a ROTH IRA, you cannot withdraw until you are 59 1/2, since it is a retirement account (some brokerages allow before 59, but it usually has fees associated with it). So unless you plan on withdrawing after you turn 59, go with an Acorns. Acorns is also a robo-investor, meaning that it picks the stocks and allocates it for you - in a Roth IRA, you can put your stocks to wherever you see fit (depending on the brokerage you choose). Acorns and a Roth IRA are two completely separate concepts - Acorns is a brokerage that offers robo investing, a Roth IRA is a retirement account designed for tax-free retirement (I suggest you look more into it if you want to learn more about the “tax-free” component). Hope this helps!
