Want to run a sub-3 marathon? Here's a good primer from StrengthRunning

Lol we're the same person. I was 175 or 176 at my most recent heaviest in September of last year. Same amount of running previously, though you're running a bit more than me now. I also wouldn't be surprised if our starting out heavier has helped with injury prevention. And I also have like 2.3 - 4.5 kilograms more to go. I ran a marathon at 18 at 137.. I have no intention of getting back to that weight, but 142-145 should both be doable and look pretty aesthetically pleasing.
