People are already playing a game with a translation that's not so perfect, plus it's a game with alot of information going on for newcomers.

What Jagex needs to imagine is: New player joins the game to play with his friends, his friends live in the US but he lives in another country. The game will only show the US servers to his friends and only the servers from other country to the new player.

Is he supposed to know that to play in another server he must change the whole client language that's hidden in steam properties which you can access through the library?

That's the main issue, people focusing on my personal opinion about the game being dead just sucks.
