[Ryan Wood] Ty Montgomery on Monday: "It’s tough for me to trust anyone now. Guys talking about how they can trust me, it’s tough for me to trust anyone now." There was zero chance #Packers could keep Ty Montgomery in their locker room after that. Trust too important to team chemistry.

In my mind, I think he fucked us on purpose whether consciously or not. He wasn't going to get a deal with us and would've had to gone on the practice squads of other teams. This way, he gets traded right away to a team that will use him so he can get some reps to prove his worth for a big contract.

If I was in his position, I might have pushed for a trade too but done it the right way by asking for one ... not costing my team an important game by playing like a moron.

What will make it worse is that Baltimore will probably use Ty more correctly than we did and he'll have a decent season. They already do fun gadget plays with both Flacco and Jackson on the field. Imagine what teams facing the Ravens will think with also Ty Montgomery out there.

This is a lesson for all NFL teams not to go with a 3-back rotation especially when the 3rd back is in a contract year. You're going to see them trying to be a hero in order to get paid or traded.
