The answer booklet can be flipped over. One essay is written in the 'front', the other in the 'back'. You've got 4 pages of lined A4 paper per essay, and can't write past the middle of the booklet. This may have changed in recent years, but the basic idea is that each task is written in a different booklet or whatever. Just make sure you write the correct essay in the correct place.

You don't have to incorporate any quotes into your response. In fact, I'd suggest not doing so unless it significantly contributes to the flow of your piece. Just write a response to the theme. "Hey, outfit2321, what do you think about X?" Just answer that question.
