Self-balancing Motorcycle

What I find much, MUCH more exciting in this video is the forks that can adjust angle on the fly. (I'm assuming that's what they're doing.)

You'll notice towards the beginning after the guy does his standing and balancing thing, he does something and the forks move the front tire forward, increasing the angle from verticle.

On a motorcycle the steeper the angle (the closer to 90 degrees from the pavement) the more nimble and responsive but twitchy the bike is. The more relaxed the fork angle, the smoother the steering, but the harder it is to manuever at lower speeds, especially tight turnarounds, etc. You need to get really good at using the throttle to push the bike back upright at low speeds when you're doing a heavy-lean slow speed turn if it's cruiser-like, much more so than you would on a sportbike with its more aggressive angle.

And both have their uses and "it sure would be nice if it was like that" moments... having that on the same bike, if this is in production or goes into production soon I think I will buy it. Will be my fifth Honda in my lifetime, and I don't regret any of the others except the last one, which was a cruiser. Which was really nice like 25% of the time... but with something like this, I'll be happy 80% of the time. (the remaining 20% 'discontent time' reserved for horrendous heat, rain, cold, and dipshit car drivers.)
