September Technical Support Sticky

Why does it take Razer so long to process support cases? My battery has started to bulge to the point that the case is bending some. I started a case on the razer support page. They informed me I could send it for a out-of-warranty battery replacement but I would have to pay a non-refundable diagnostic fee of $99 before they would do anything. How long does it take to send that bill? I've been waiting since Thursday the 15th. This is my only computer and I don't feel good using it while it's swelling this badly. But they keep just telling me they sent it to the next person to process. I need it for school and it's getting pretty frustrating at this point.
