I literally 'downgraded' from the kraken pro to the kraken x. Just because it was old and bulky. Best decision ever. I'll admit the Audio is okay for the price but not great out the box compared to the kraken pro, BUT by downloading an equalizer, peace equalizer to be exact you can make the sound even better, If you'd like I could show you my settings if you're interested.

But besides that I LOVE the lightweight design and not to mention it looks much more sleeker. I wouldn't feel the same embarrassment wearing them in public like I did with my bulky kraken pros. And the mic is surprising REALLY good for it's price. It completely stepped all over the mic in my kraken pros, with a bit of editing in audacity it almost sounds like a proper desk mic.

If you couldn't tell I really do recommend it. Really good value for money, Good for gaming, Good for music with peace equalizer settings but those settings are only needed if you're an audiophile haha.
