Desperately trying to find a Razer Blade battery in Europe

Hi Aya,

Thank you for reaching out. The case numbers:

Initial: 200916-001008 (highlighting the original problem)

Follow-up: 201210-003760 (me asking to buy the battery myself)

Please note that the cases and the issues are from 1 year ago, when the laptop was under warranty.

I understand that company policies are required for efficient opperations, but given that:
1. Replacing the battery is an extremely simple process
2. The failure rate of these batteries on Razer laptops is extremely high (just look through the posts on the r/razer subreddit, altough I'm sure you know these issues already)
3. Some people (like myself) rely on their Razer laptops for their job / making their living

It just doesn't feel right to have the strict requirement for clients to ship out the entire laptop and be without an essential tool for their jobs for weeks when the alternative (just shipping a battery) is such an easy workaround. I understand that the policy is about "internal components", but a motherboard or other intricate parts is one thing, and a battery is a completely different thing. Putting the two under the same policy simply lowers customer confidence, creates an unnecessary friction point between the customer and the brand, increases Razer's costs (shipping the entire laptop, handling at the repair facility, employees to swap the battery), is not very efficient from a carbon-footprint standpoint and overall creates customer disatisfaction to nobody's benefit.

I cannot hide my disappointment with this policy and it really makes me question whether or not I can rely on Razer equipment for professional-related workflows.

I look foward to hearing back from you on this and thank you again for reaching out. I was considering this a lost cause and was planning on simply switching to another laptop manufacturer for my next laptop.
