The girl has her chance with OP. OP has to see his worth. Just because this girl didn't see his worth doesn't mean he can't upgrade her and do better. Young boys are easily manipulated. I had to explain to my brother that the girls will come and go, but his family is forever; he can date around until he's done with residency but he will only marry a nice girl who is good enough to be in our family. He's age 22 and talking about marriage at age 28. It's insane. The girl isn't pretty enough for him but I see no point explaining to him that he can't date down even if she is of good character. The young boys are so desperate right now due to Covid.
