I'm kinda feeling like that's how this ends: As it's set up now, this ends right back here where it begins, in a perpetual loop unless something breaks the cycle. So presumably they pull some reality-ripping, time-tearing nonsense to kill Kang and break that loop, which ends up setting off their version of Secret Wars.

Granted, that's a bunch of pretty much totally baseless assumptions speculating something that would be ten years out, at least. But it feels like that would be the logical way to tie those two together, assuming they don't just go, "Fuck it, here's a movie about a Kang chucking all the heroes and villains into a patchwork world for a Battle Royale, let's gooooo!"

Which I'd actually also be down for, honestly.
