No. It’s called basic de escalation. If he has a simple request that there’s no downside to answering, such as “yeah I pulled you over for speed, can I see your ID now?” Or rolling a stop sign or whatever. You try and give them that leniency instead of jumping to “do it now I break the window”. Why would you want that?

Instead the officer didn’t do that and this whole charade happened. The officer wasn’t wrong but it maybe could’ve been avoided. You obviously know nothing and seem to want to escalate volatile situations. Sovereign citizen types are almost never encountered by police. Many will go a career without ever seeing a true SC. This is just another idiot refusing to ID himself. Standard. Deal with it like an adult, not whatever BS you’re overthinking.
