Played both Horizon and Persona, haven't played MH. With that said, I've got to say Persona. The game is just amazing, not saying that Horizon is bad, but it's nowhere close. For me P5 is the best the series have to offer in terms of gameplay (if we don't include other, none Persona - SMT games). Even with the game being much slower in pace and turn based, it's oddly dynamic and satisfying. It may not have the best characters in the series, but it for sure tops everyone HZD have to offer. If you don't like JRPGS/anything in style of anime/turn-based combat, and don't want to give it another try, I say stay away from Persona. Otherwise you're in for a ride. My first playthrough took me around 100 h, and I loved most of it. The game can be slow and repetitive at times, but i didn't mind - but I've gotta say, dome dialogs are just dumb and necessary.
