Does cousins count?

I have one cousin who's name I will not say. (she is the middle child) At first she seemed very nice around her big brother and little sister.

Then it happened. She started to steal stuff then claim it was hers. She would steal money from her sister who was saving every dime to buy a doll. And when we talked to her about it she would just say "It was my money." One day when my Oma (means Grandma) went to go pick her up she was not at home. She decided to walk her friend home and then walk back to her moms.

Then last year is where the shit storm happened. She made lies that my uncle did something sexual to the little cousin and got him arrested. At my little cousins fucking birthday party. It was her birthday. She didn't care. Before that she make my uncle cry saying that he was to "strict" and that her mom let her do whatever she wanted so she was gonna stay with her. Anyways my Uncle is fighting to get the oldest cousin and little cousin back. Our whole family hates her. She does drugs now and skips school and the step father cuts in front of all the children. The oldest cousin (who takes meds for a disability) always has to protect the younger cousin from things at home everyday and sometimes only the middle child (the horrible sister) would be the only kid fed because "she is the favorite." Since the oldest cousin is at my school I would give him food.

I miss them so much. if there Mom wins the battle and gets to keep the kids I have no fucking clue what our family would do. We love them so much. This was the first christmas I didn't get to spend with the oldest cousin and youngest cousin. Luckly I did send a gift through the oldest to give to the youngest at school. That was some candy and a pikachu plush. The oldest got a transformers. The middle child can go fuck herself. I hate her for wreaking our familys lifes. She is a lier, she steals and does drugs, and I would not be surprised if she murders someone and her mom makes excuses for her. She is only in grade fucking 7. 7. Next year she will be at my school. I am so lucky I am grading this year. If not I could be fighting her the first month in the school year.
