I'm looking to purchase a monitor for my gaming PC. (MSI R9 390)

It has to have :

• 1080p / 60Hz
• 23"-24"
• Black/Dark grey body
• Matte IPS screen
• Pivot rotation (later on I'll use it as a secondary portrait monitor)
• Speakers or USB hubs don't matter, though the USB port would be welcome for the webcam.
• Around $200 or less.

• LG 24MB35PU-B -200$ on Amazon
• Asus PB238Q - $204 on Amazon
• LG 23MB35PM-B - $180 on SuperBiiz
• LG 24MB35PY-B -$216
• HP E231i - $191 on NCIX

Do the ones I listed differ much, or should I just go with the cheapest one available atm? Do you have any better suggestions?
