Since the 2nd Amendment is not absolute, which reasonable limitations should be placed on gun ownership/use?

Must be an adult (I would say 18 for any other country but I think since drinking is 21 I guess it should be 21 for the US, if you can't trust a guy with a can of beer you sure as hell can't trust him with a frickin' gun!)

Must have a doctors certificate confirming eligibility and stating you have know mental or physical condition that could make you a liability with a firearm.

You must be part of a well regimented registered militia.

You must have no criminal record.

You must completed training and passed an exam (Equivalent to driving test) to show you are capable and competent at handling a weapon safely.

You must be able to provide evidence you have the facility to safely and securely store both the gun and ammunition, and store them separately so nobody other than the licensed person can access them.
