Some advice or ways to deal with this!

something you should know is, your brain is built different, not everything is a theme or a pattern brought on by ocd, it's literally just a flight or fight mechanism, like when you are threatened physically and your inner alarms goes off, for normal people this does not happen through thoughts, and it goes off all the time for random things, it's how your brain operates, ocd is a made up slogan to diagnose and earn currency through therapy, what you have is a increased ability to experience emotion over things that you find negative. And the reason why they keep coming back, is because like I said, when it pops into your mind which it does for everyone that doesn't have ocd, the difference is you emit more of a response emotionally which causes you to think about it again and again and drive yourself crazy, meaning if you were stopped by thugs on the corner near your local 7-11 beaten and robbed you and any normal person would undeniably associate that experience with the same fight or flight reaction and try and avoid it, the only difference about ocd is it’s your thoughts, but you know they aren’t real, as you mentally harden yourself and your nuerogenesis creates a perfected muscle of obsessive avoidance you'll undeniably learn to deal with it, it won’t affect you, like it does not affect me, you will have control over when and how it does, you are at the stage of realization, you think you have this Uncontrollable disorder, because you see everyone else struggling, you fall into holes of anxiety based repetition over various different subjects and claim they are torture because you do not yet realize how to ignore and calm them down, like I said, you have a higher negative emotion output, all of this has been put on you at once, you see everyone else unable to let go of the thoughts, you think they are permenent, which makes them permanent, to you, but in reality they are temporary, and once you realize this, no matter what comes goes straight through your head and out your ass instantly, they are all confused just as you are, once you get passed the stage of realization, crisis, and repetition, you will come to the stage of understanding, from there you will come to the stage of control, and finally controlled peace, which is inevitble, even if you don’t currently understand, your brain subconsciously figures out what’s wrong and fixes it reguardless of your logic,
