In DAO I was Amell so I sided with my fellow Mages.

In DA2 I was an apostate who held no allegiance to the circle, her mother was brutally slaughtered by a blood mage. This sparked her downward spiral into a revenge fueled insanity and she partook in the systematic slaughter of every mage in the city when tensions between the circle and the Templar’s reached a breaking point.

My mage Trevelyan sided with the Mages because she doesn’t have the heart to leave her people to die; however she conscripts them as prisoners because she did not agree with the rebellion and she still views them as a captive enemy force who should be punished for starting the rebellion and turning to a Tevinter Magister for help

In DA4 I will play an elven mage if I’m able to and I will side with Tevinter because despite disagreeing with slavery (and if I get to be an elf I will be someone who was subjected to this institution) I will still resist The Qun because it is also a form of slavery where one must devoid themselves of all attachments and personal identity
