[Spoilers C3E39] Is It Thursday Yet? Post-Episode Discussion & Future Theories!

Leadership and "avoiding sorting their own shit out" issues have plagued this group from the offset. Its nothing new. Neither is Orym or Fearne's kinda "weaker" reasons for having stayed with the group. Thank god Orym's revenge story and Fearne's backstory coincidentally tied into this whole Ruidus plot.

What is new however is the group being so tunnel visioned on quest objectives they are trampling/ignoring opportunities for social RP; because of a ticking clock. Even when they have time for that Social RP, after MANY massive character moments/events, that wont impact their Ruidus timetable much. Its been like this for a while now.

As for Leaders? Honestly? I do agree that Imogen in her current state is concerning as our adhoc leader. At bare minimum because her characteristic impatience has turned into "rushed recklessness" since the Ruidus bombshell dropped. Being very apparent since the Treshi "plan". One of many party traits that contributed to it. This isn't necessarily a bad trait entirely, but its going to contribute to repeat EP33 disasters until a proper counterbalance rises up in the party to serve as a needed break when her tempo's about to drive them off a cliff. FCG's not enough, they always ignore his caution.
