I don't do DMs, sorry.

Do you or do you not consider Peterson an authority on Marxism and capitalism? If not, why the hell was he there? He's a self-help guy. Surely the Right-wing has at least a couple of intellectuals who can be bothered to read the things they spend their time criticizing... He didn't even mention "happiness" in his opening statement as far as I remember, which, as a clinical psychologist of some sort (a Jungian one, but still), he likely knows a thing or two about, unlike the rest of the stuff he spouted that night. I'm not being hyperbolic when I say that most undergrads in political science, sociology or philosophy could make a better case against Marx than he did. It was embarrassing. Check out David Harvey's lectures of Capital and you'll quickly see that Peterson didn't know the first thing about any of this (Zizek brought Harvey at some point during the talk when providing examples of actual Marxists in academia, which Peterson wasn't able to do, oddly enough).

Also, you should probably know that Marxism is, by definition, a critique of capitalism. Peterson clearly wasn't aware, as it was blatantly obvious when he said that Zizek had provided a criticism of capitalism but no defense of Marxism.
