State of the Game?

Didn't really wanted to answer, but since you post doesn't make any sense, I felt the need to. First of all, it's easy to take quote out of context like you did, all the quotes you used weren't even full sentence except the first 2, easy to make someone say whatever you want in this case. Also...

Nice try pulling the "I'm better than you, good bye" card after the shitstorm of insults. Too obvious tho. Shitstorm of insults? Sorry but my post had no insult, except if you consider the comparison to your childish attitude with a child, but that's far from insults. Also, if I looked kinda mad, that's maybe because being called "stupid" and a "troll"(those are insults btw) by some random guy on the Internet kinda got on my nerves.

Yea. However, if you PAY for a service and you don't get it, it's the providers responsability to adjust to the situation and make a compromise with the buyer. That would be an issue if you didn't get what you paid for. Go on https://heartofthorns.guildwars2.com, everything announced as a feature or content was released. What you are hoping to get (Like Fractal Leaderboards) was never release candidates, they were project some devs were working on which weren't completed. Devs working on a project doesn't mean it will release. If I think like that, I could argue that WoW didn't release a full game. They had devs working on Emerald Dream during the first beta and even the map was in the game in Vanilla, but 10 years later still no Emerald Dream. So just because they said some devs worked on it, means we are suppose to get it? That's what I mean by you feel "entitled" to things that was never RELEASE CANDIDATES. You should probably read more about game development, those kind of project getting abandoned happens all the time because of time constraint, failure, budget, etc...

So yeah, everything HoT said as OFFICIAL release got delivered. No mention of Fractal Leaderboards on https://heartofthorns.guildwars2.com and only mention of 3 Legendaries. That's the problem with too much transparency, they talked a lot about on-going project on streams and they kinda shot themselves in the foot because people with little to no knowledge in gaming development took it for granted and as "official". If you are not happy because YOU THOUGHT some features were in, maybe you should read a little bit more before buying something. Impulsive buying isn't good either.

And by compromise, you clearly know I meant the actual delay in legendaries. We need content, so they pushed back articifial content (legendaries) to focus on actual content (living world). MO explained clearly why they did it, if you are not happy, that's ok, but don't go around saying they didn't deliver what they said.
