Okay, bear with me.

Years ago I worked for AMR and concocted something along these lines. We would all capture a homeless person in the back of the rig, feed them various drugs (as training), drive around real fast, and then back the rigs up together, throw the doors open, and watch them fight.

The winner earned a Parking Lot badge for the associated crew. Sadly, while we had an abundance of homeless people, the only drug we ever got a large quantity of was mushrooms.

Those we kept.

So, if we armed the homeless, per your suggestion, the lethality of these fights would go way up and the homeless themselves would be harder to capture. For those two reasons I am voting no on your arm the homeless initiative.

Good day, sir.
