Why do we support this app?

I mean I feel this was insulting directly to me on multiple levels. I make 6 figures a year, I just lost my license (long story lol) and I use Uber every single day. I’m not complaining about that part at all. It is the principal of the matter. In all reality, you just proved my point. I never pushed my opinion on others and I explicitly stated at least once that nothing I’ve said is actually important and I lowkey expect to get belittled and yet you still did it.

Look man, I’m so glad for you that this company has pampered you apparently, but as a customer who pours hundreds if not thousands of dollars into it sometimes a month, I should be able to expect a 2 mile trip cost relatively the same at noon and at 8pm. No matter what way you paint it, whether you love it, hate it, abuse it, have never used it, REGARDLESS of what your opinion is on the shit, the practice is inherently flawed and the system is not sustainable. Simply put. I get so frustrated because they treat every single place in the country like it’s Las Vegas or something. I have 400k people in my city. There is no amount of “peak time” that should make the cost of my trip quadruple its normal price. There is no fucking traffic in my city. I can travel between the two farthest points from one another in my city in like 20 minutes. Instead of making me pay 4 times the normal amount and making me wait ANYways, the least they could do is give me the option. Don’t need a ride immediately right away, but want to be in a queue to wait for one at a lower more reasonable price? Go right ahead! What about that is so difficult to you that you chose to fucking insult me?

No offense, bud, but if you drive for Uber full time you don’t really have the place to be insulting literally anyone. Felt totally unnecessary.
