tagalog.io

Brother,

I did not mean to offend you or Dwayne. He may just have a bit of that Aussie swagger, which I should have been more specific in describing.

I do think the original unveiling video for Tagalog.io (on youtube) should have explained that he received considerable training through the Church and being a missionary, as most people could excel at any language if they had the good, in-person training that the Church offers it's young missionaries. But that is just my opinion... You are driving people to the program through the video, and I don't want to derail that.

I greatly look forward to checking out your program, and do not think I berate LDS, as my wife is Filipina LDS and so is her entire family, both here in the USA and in the PI, as well as a sizable portion of my extended European American family. Now that we have a daughter, we are going to be joining the Church, here on Guam, and I look forward to learning more about Mormon theology and teachings. I feel terrible if I offended you, please accept my apologies.

The price is a bit steep, but don't change it, as you have worked hard to make this a reality. I will be signing up as soon as I have the extra money to do so, most likely in a month or so.

I have the LearningTagalog.com course, with the physical copies of the books, however, it is a bit clunky having to load up MP3s and play them, so while I do think that Frederik and Fiona De Vos have a great offering, which I will still use (especially Fiona's Tagalog Grammar), I have been very interested to see how you present workflow and your teaching philosophy.

I will edit my post to not seem so critical, I admit I was a bit uptight about no sample lessons and the price. But keep doing what you do, bro! I look forward to the course!
