As someone who has seen the fallout of “safe drugs” like Thalidomide and Mefloquine/Tafenoquine I think we should all have a healthy skepticism and not be too hasty to trust when our own health is concerned. I’ll tell you right now I find it very hard to trust surgeons after seeing so many friends and family with post surgery complications and surgeons who would rather victim blame than try to correct them.
