You're buying into the fearmongering that got Trump elected in the first place. Xenophobic white rural Americans are going to be xenophobic whether Trump is President or Hillary. In fact, I'd say having a woman as the head of the country may have made a lot more of those bigoted people go crazy with anti-establishment.

It's just shocking how crazy people are thinking that Trump being elected is suddenly going to turn the whole country into racists and homophobes and xenophobes. For starters, Trump is pretty moderate but took hard right wing stances during the race to win the ticket, and it remains to be seen if he will go back to his moderate ways once he's sworn in or if he will actually blow up the world. The fear mongers would have you believe it's the latter, but common sense would say the former.

Trump being elected isn't suddenly going to turn the country into assholes. If you were an asshole before Tuesday you were gonna be an asshole today regardless of who won.
