Is there a more BS skill than Bandit?

The "seriousness" of the argument is subjective. You don't seem to care about the skill. I do. It's tempo-abusing, non-interactive, and uncheckable beyond this strange, telekinetic understanding of which skill a person is playing that you seem to believe exists, but simply doesn't.

You can guess, but until the notification pops up, you will never know if the person is playing Bandit over Switcheroo, or if they simply didn't proc Restart. That's a fact. You can't know.

You also can't not put FD cards on the field, and if you don't end up using them, they stay there until that skill is procced.

Again, a misplay by me but which I can accept

Why? You're insulting yourself for no reason. You didn't "missplay." You can't missplay against something you can't react to.

Best way I can say it: You can't guess that Bandit is their skill of choice early enough in the duel to not be in a position where putting down FD cards is infinitely more advantageous to you than thinking, "If I leave myself wide open, I'll be in a better position when I get him down to only a little less than half his LP!"

It's a bad skill. It's tempo-abusing card advantage for nothing, with no reaction time.
