Tips for healthy eating?

I keep an 18pk of eggs, canned soups and salami/bacon/cheese in a cooler. I use a 20$ Coleman camping stove and I make meals all the time. I mostly drink spring water, occasionally a glass of cranberry juice. And I cook eggs and meats in different ways for most breakfasts, soups at night. It sounds boring but I've never been healthier. I used to deal with indigestion and horrible cramps and diarrhea after so many different types of fast foods, sodas, sugars... mood swings, energy swings... Now I'm pretty even all the time. Gut health is everything.

I stopped making food a joy in my world, now it's just fuel. I mean, the food I cook tastes great, I season it and fry it well, and supplement with vitamins too. But I don't chase food as a way to relax or enjoy a night. I eat my vegetable soups and eggs and meats, and take my vitamins, then I spend my time making art or meaningful connections with people, which is hard to do sometimes because a LOT of people bond over food.

I do occasionally go out to eat with friends. I'm not that weirdo who avoids a restaurant to eat alone in a car. But.... After I eat other foods my body usually has some angry noises and motions for a day.

A camping stove is your best friend. You will always be able to boil water and heat up canned foods, which opens up your food options way beyond fast food immediately.

As for utensils, I use disposable cups plates and spoons/forks and toss them at gas stations.
