tips on starting yoga

Ah, well the thing that makes yoga so great is the subtle details. It's complicated and takes time but, at the end of the day, if you feel good then you had a good session. I suggest starting with yoga with Adrienne (or down dog app, never used but hear its amazing) to start. But you need to transition to a studio at some point. I did online yoga for 5 years without a studio, that was an oopsies. There is so much you will miss out on if there is no one there to correct your posture. You may think you're doing it right but you probably aren't. Okay at the start but not for the long term.

Mindbody is an app that shows you nearby classes, some that are discounted, and the studios that offer beginner deals/free classes. I'm in the USA so it may not be in your country. I found an unlimited month of yoga classes for $20 on there!!

Here is some reading material that I found very interesting, I think it would be good for you to keep in mind throughout your journey. Best of luck!!
