GameStop's market value is also measured in USD, so the real value of the stock would shrink in proportion to the purchasing power of the currency. I don't understand where this is going. It's not about GME suddenly becoming unaffordable because the stock price would be tied to inflation - that's not how the stock market works.

So this whole post is actually about one of the causes of inflation in the USA and lacks any direct relevance to GameStop from my point of view.
