Sensation is wild and changes all the time. As of right now:

Erotic: I have really strong erotic sensation along the right side, the underside, and at the tip, decent erotic sensation on the left, and spots of sensation along the front and closer to the base. Hot/cold: as of a couple weeks ago, I can now tell when my dick is hot or cold. It came completely out of nowhere. Tactile: difficult to tell because of erotic sensation, but I can sometimes tell when someone else is touching it most of the time.

And my dick is buried. Sensation was my highest priority with phallo and Dr. Chen said I’d have the best shot at it if they circumcised (removed the hood) and buried it, so that’s what I did!
