I actually started Mattison over Juju, Mclaurin, Kamara, Murray, and Mixon. And felt confident. He's one of the most talented backs in the league (easily the best backup) and the Vikings were going to get out to an early lead and run all over Washington. It played out similar to how I imagine.

Mattison grabbed 2 goal line carries (didn't convert) and wouldve had 70 or so yards rushing without the penalties (illegal formation and 2 holdings). Unfortunately, he ended up with only 8 points, but any points Mattison is getting, Cook is missing.

This was a special week for me in Kamara/Murray situation being so icky but I think Mattison will have standalone value and is obviously the most valuable handcuff in the league.
