There are many different arbritration systems available to people - I might disagree with the rulings of a Sharia court, but if a couple has willingly agreed to that process as a result of their devout faith, that is their choice. If it is not willingly - as, again, I accept happens as there is nothing special about Muslims that exclude the possibility of abusive relationships - then of course that is a problem, and one that can only be solved by social integration, rather than exclusion.
