Too harsh?

I tend to be an overly negative person, but I feel like most complaints on the sub are valid. Complaining and having others validate how you're feeling sometimes helps you feel better. I don't think I've ever had a broken item delivered to me, but I've purchased a value set from Sephora with a Laneige lip sleeping mask that appeared swatched (and it was one of the only reasons I purchased the box in the first place). I contacted Sephora customer service and they told me to just go back to the store, which is 30 minutes away and I hardly ever have any days off from work. I was mildly annoyed and I think feeling annoyed is valid because I couldn't use what I paid for. I sent my friend a December Ipsy and they sent it to another state. Hopefully, they send it to her eventually, but I think I am rightfully annoyed. It seems like you're a patient person though, so that's great!
