I like that idea, but I think it would be more interesting if the henchman was unknown to the traitors and the traitors didn’t know who the henchman was, that way it doesn’t make the traitors too much more powerful because they still have to figure out if a person is the henchman or not while not revealing they are a traitor to the person in question and the henchman has to kill innocents without accidentally killing traitors. It adds more layers to the whole thing rather than just having a mini-traitor. (It also kinda takes out the whole person being innocent because they killed a traitor because a traitor could easily accidentally kill a henchman and then claim they were killing the traitor for being suspicious)
