This man feels comfortable enough to walk all over you and lie. You need to distant yourself from this person so you gain back your own dignity and he learns to respect you. I’m really sorry but this sounds like an individual who has moved on from from a relationship. You should feel lucky that you found this out this information because now you can make the right moves to better your own happiness.

You need to go stay at a family or friends house and stop contact with this person for weeks or months until they miss you and beg you back. If you continue down this road this man he will walk all over you and probably cheat. You need to distance yourself from this person to gain back your own dignity so he learns to respect you again.
