Trevor Noah: When Is the Right Time for Black People to Protest?

They're not "whining" about their oppression you toad, the original intention of the kneeling during the anthem was to bring attention to institutionalized racism that is rampant in not only police forces but several governmental departments across the nation. It blows my mind that People are degrading them for not having faith in a government that continues to allow conditioned racism through blissful ignorance. Think about it logically. "if i call them out on something i dont like and degrade them for it, how is that going to change their mind? " its not. If someone did that to me, i wouldn't want to change my mind and it would only solidify my opinion. Perfect example is this past election from both sides. So instead think, what can i do to help them be proud of this country again and stand for our anthem again. The answer to that is to simply realize and understand what their issues are. Don't be one sided on issues. Trust me i don't like people not standing for the anthem with their hand over their heart, but i actually want to help fix the issue causing the situation in the first place.

Allthough this all probably irrelevant because its probably a situation completely engineered by trump and co to soludify his supporters and gain traction politically and to distract from other issues. I'll give him credit for one thing, he's brilliant at causing a comotion.
