I have an elderly relative that lives in the southern US. She has been a lifelong practicing Catholic. Huge trump fan, Faux news watcher, Facebook addict, Anti-vax, Q afflicted. She seems to believe all the lies told by mango.

When Biden got elected, she freaked out and actually posted some info to FB saying real Christians can't be liberals.

And when the Pope came out with his new advice on being more accepting, she left her lifelong church and found some sort of offshoot church that fit her needs better.

So, in summary; She listens to trump and ignores the pope.

She's on board with all the hate and lies and vitriol, but when her religious leader tells her to be more loving and accepting...nah, cant do it, gotta find another church.
