We are allowed to have assistance but they must be background verified. You could also have messaged via the app to say. Why are you ringing like that? Or say just leave no ringing! So many things could have been done differently. Report them though. They can fight it if they were working in a legitimate manner. I have had assistance from my hubby who is a verified shopper also. I send the image from our stats page and black out our last name when sending it to customer. “I have my background verified husband assisting with deliveries today, here is his pic and shows he’s been shopping since and the orders completed and now it also says Diamond Cart or whatever :)” that may have helped the driver in this case to cover their butt.
