U.S. weighs restricting Chinese investment in artificial intelligence

Everyone here thinks they know better than actual experts when it comes to China because they got laduzi a couple times and had to deal with some minor in-country annoyances. They extrapolate these experiences to act like they have some deep inside knowledge about any situation that involves China. As if everything about a massive and complex country can totally be thought of in terms of the dumbass bao'an that works at your apartment complex, or whatever equally stupid anecdote.

What you said is representative of that phenomenon. You make claims about the foolishness of actual professionals and experts despite having no discernible experience or expertise yourself. Even when you try to make an argument it's superficial and patently stupid. How much effort do you think it is for Zuckerberg to go to China and suck up a little? How is that even close to an appropriate cost-benefit analysis? Talk about being 'clueless' about business. You speak about his actions as if it's a matter of personal pride. You apply your feelings about China or being sycophantic to denounce what is a calculated move on his part. That's not knowledge.

Then stop reading it.

Lol, I'll leave this sub because I sometimes dislike it as soon as everyone here leaves China for the same reason.
