Super off-topic, forgive me Todd
Had to head to the doctor early this week for a health scare. Everything’s fine, but I’m almost as anxious about stepping on the scale: I stopped weighing myself two years ago because the ups and downs stressed me out, and I had put on some weight
Nurse gets me on that scale and whaaaat it’s a full 20 pounds lighter than I expected
Figure, fuck it, that’s close enough to my target to get one at home again. Find a level spot for the new one, step on it fasted after a morning run and it’s... seven pounds lighter than the doctor’s office
Guys I don’t know if you knew this, but it turns out that running 25-30 miles a week and cutting your calories makes you lose weight
