I actually love how they begin this series compared to the other ones. It's just silly fun and the brothers act like brothers rather than just teammates. There's no real death-threatening danger of Shredder yet, so that leaves us to see how the group act naturally.

And what I also love about this new formula, is that the Ooze are just carried by mosquitos. The mutants aren't going to be targeted people to serve under Shredder, or be some kind of antagonist or allies. They're regular people that have their own problem, and that Pizza Place for mutants is just a really cool concept! The turtles can actually just be casual around them and act normal. Not much in hiding. I just feel so happy for them.

BUT, I know there's going to be some big event change (Shredder probably) and that will make the Turtles to step up their game. Serious mode. Intense Ninja Training.

Because of the silly and fun episodes, we can get character development when that happens. (Though, there's some weird feeling that something bad might happen to Splinter)
