We have unrealistic expectations at this Club...

Here's the truth and it'll be hard to understand at first because it isn't what people usually complain about.

Nobody cares about the fact we aren't winning trophies and especially European trophies.

What people care about is seeing Arsenal play good football and fight, as a club, to improve and take things to the next level even if we fail. They want to feel like they are getting something back from their investment in the club (time/money/emotion) rather than it being spat back in their faces.

We could've lost every season in a similar way to 02/03 or 07/08 for decades and people would stick by, for the most part, because we were good and you could see the club attempting to move forward.

But when you go into a season without enough of [Insert Position], or your manager buys a single player, a goalkeeper, after your team was thrashed 6-3, 5-1, 6-0 by its title rivals (who all invest heavily in their squads) as it narrowly scrapes fourth et cetera it gradually eats away at the trust, belief and faith in the club and people begin to actually demand concrete results.
