UNSC meeting on Kashmir a diplomatic failure of Modi govt: Congress

Its more due to Pakistan's ability of global lobbying than India's diplomatic failure.

You do know that is diplomacy too right?

They also have the "umma" appeal which brings them sympathy of muslims all across the world

None of the permanent member of the UN security council are a muslim majority nation. (And that is an irrational logic - if being a muslim nation hasn't helped Pakistan in the past in the UN, it won't help them now).

... its still India's victory considering the lukewarm approach they got after that meeting ...

It is being discussed by the UN security council for the first time in decades.

You obviously have a poor understanding of international relations and diplomacy.
